I want to ask users if they speak any other language and, if so, at what level.
A matrix where they can fill in the answer(s) themselves and then tick the box in Basic, Intermediate, Fluent columns could be useful.
Does something like this exist? Is there an alternative? Ideally it should be Salesforce integration friendly.
