More rating questions in one page

HI-- Is this feature available yet?  We really need the ability to create a basic long form on a single page/view.  Thanks

We are wanting the same thing. Would like to have multiple question and answer fields per slide, so we can simplify it for the end user and not have such a lengthy form. 

This feature is coming closer to the Fall/Winter time, @timnola @publicstrategies , but that timeframe may change. Keep an eye out here for updates!
