I just wanted to write a brief post to explain who is currently in the community and how to identify the different member groups.
We want to create One Typeform Community, so despite having different groups we are all equally awesome in here - no hierarchies, no favouritism.
Community team: anyone with a black Typeform logo over their profile picture is part of the community team - these are the go-to folks for anything community or Typeform related.

Typeform Staff: these folks work at Typeform, but they are not part of the community team. Each of them is an expert in a specific area, so their input and participation will be be key - they will help us to better understand how things work and how to make the most of our tool.
Often times they will be in the community just to have a chat, connect with others and share ideas. We are a pretty sociable bunch at Typeform so expect some regulars from this group.

Note: the community team is also part of Typeform, but we are the only group of folks responsible for the day-to-day running of this space.
Community members: this is the most important group 
. The Typeform community is formed by a community of creators who use our conversational tools across the world - you are ALL welcome in here. You are the main reason why we have built this space.
Our Typeform community is really diverse: marketeers, engineers, designers, researchers, HR professionals, students, developers, etc. This community should host you all and we’ll be working hard to make this place as inclusive as it can possibly be.
Some community members will earn badges depending on their activity and role, but these have not been fully defined yet.
Agency partners: these are a group of experts and agencies whose mission is to power how brands interact with Typeform. They have all been vetted by Typeform and can be found in our website (https://agencies.typeform.com/directory/). In the words of our Partner Program Manager, Carolina Macia, “our partner agencies make sure our customers get the most out of Typeform and that they successfully incorporate our tool into their workflows.
Our agency partners should have a rank graphic and custom title next to their avatar. .
