display issue with Image Choice questions

Driade.Co

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a display issue with Picture Choice questions. When building the form and in the preview mode, the images appear at the correct size. However, once the form is published, the images become very small, making the question hard to use.

Additionally, it seems that the support form has disappeared, or perhaps it has been moved to a different location, and I haven’t been able to find any way to report this issue directly to the Typeform team.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a workaround? Any guidance would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi @Driade.Co sorry to hear you’re having issues with the way the images are showing up in your picture choice question. Here’s the link to contact our support team, I think they’ll need to have a look at the set up to see why the size is changing.

I’m experiencing the same issue. The picture choices are shown as they were set in regular size, but the Supersize option is enabled, so the images should be larger.

Last week, the survey worked perfectly, but now it doesn’t display as expected.

The survey has 3 picture options, which were previously displayed vertically, and respondents had to scroll:

1
2
3

Now, they are shown smaller and in this arrangement:

1 2
3

We tried recreating the survey, checked past surveys with the same design, and the issue persists.

Hi @Geco sorry to hear you’re experiencing a similar issue with picture options, did you already reach out to the support team? They’ll be able to take a look at the formatting and see what’s happened.
