Hi, I am making a form where there is two phase. 1st is business and 2nd for product. I want to add a page before product phase where user can know that this is the starting of product page.

It's not possible to add a second welcome page in the middle of the form, but you could add a statement showing the following questions will be related to the product. Do you believe that would work for you? =)
