Capture customer IP address

We plan to create a survey question in Typeform and embed it into our website. 
After the customer submitting the survey questions, will the Typeform capture the customer's IP address? 
Will Typeform deduct the customer's unique IP address and restrict the customer from submitting multiple surveys?

I’ve actually got it working! ChatGPT helped a bit 🙃

@mathio just thought I’d ask, but, do you know why only some of the IP addresses are coming through and not all of them? It’s about a 50% success rate.  Could it be browser limitations on IP tracking?

@dan1ftp congratulations! It depends what kind of IP tracking provider you are using, I personally use https://ip-api.io/, so it works for us in 99% cases.

@dan1ftp since you are using a 3rd party service to retrieve the IP address, I think it might be limitation on their side. Try using the one suggested by @ValdemarQ since they have good experience with it.
