I need support creating a form that allows a client family to list each family member with a list of each members wants, needs, favorite color, food, book, movie, etc.
Also, each member's shoe, shirt and pant size and list what each member loves about their family. I would also like to have each registrant attach a link to product they request all with a $75 limit. Is this possible all within one typeform? Is there a template I can adjust to suit my needs on behalf of a non profit supporting families on brink of homelessness?

Hi @mariaraiseupfamilies Happy Monday! This is such a cute use case for typeform, and I love that you’re helping give back!

First, I would suggest using Question Groups to help organize the questions in the form.

Then, I think starting with the order form templates would be your best help!

Hello @Liz. I appreciate your suggestions. A critical question is how can an impoverished family of 4 or 5 each provide information in one typeform? Or does each adult, child, infant need their own typeform responses? Is there a way to use logic to then branch out questions for each needy family member to then list their needs/wants?

Hi @mariaraiseupfamilies I messaged you in another thread, but you could use these kind of logic jumps to show only the questions that apply to certain families!
