completion_rate via response API showing wrong values

Hi all!

When I retrieve my Typeform Insights via the response API described here I get incorrect values for the “completion_rate” field.

I get:

{'average_time': 3533,
 'completion_rate': 100,
 'responses_count': 840,
 'total_visits': 2934,
 'unique_visits': 761}

and on the Typeform Insights tab I get:

Is this just a bug? Also, it seems that the “starts” field can’t be retrieved via this response API, right?

    Hi @IgnacioJ Welcome to the community! I’m not sure why the values would differ, but I have asked our tech support team about this. Once I hear back from them, I’ll share any information from them here.

    Hi again, @IgnacioJ ! I’ve asked our tech team about this, but they can’t find a specific reason why those numbers would be different and need to look into this further. If you could contact them with the form URL from your account email here, that would be great!
