files uploading fails

hello, Typeform community! i have a comfusion for many days but finally I have decided to get help from you.

Problem is that whenever I upload any files from my pc to the website it shows the error ”uploads failed”. Even it has maximum upload files size up to 10MB.

i request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.

I understand your problem
go to cpannel, remove irrelevant file and remove plugins you don't need

Some time ago, the same problem was coming up with my website

That's what I did. My website issue was resolved.
