I am creating intake forms for a medical clinic and with the information submitted by the patient I need to be able to format the API payload differently each time depending on where I am sending it. For example, a pharmacy may have one need while a doctor may need another format, and a specialist quite another. 

Do I have full control over this aspect?

Hi @Sage Oh this is an interesting request. While we don’t have this option, I can definitely share this feedback with our product team. 

Or, I can also recommend using Zapier, which might be able to help you reformat the data as it comes in!
