Intergate Typeform Form Link with Intercom Workflows | Community

We are trying to embed a Typeform in WhatsApp using the Intercom workflow "Add App" feature. However, instead of opening the form directly, WhatsApp only displays the link, requiring users to click and open it externally.

Is there a way to make the form open directly within WhatsApp instead of redirecting users outside the app? Any solutions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ​@RMK MKadam Happy Tuesday! I hope you’re having a good one. I believe this might be a limitation of Whatsapp, sadly, but there might be someone here in the community with a workaround that I’m not aware of!
