Quiz form interaction while selecting options for the question

So sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to hide the check mark while selecting the option for a question. However, if you use Knowledge quiz mode on your form and set correct answers, it’ll remove the check mark if you have the “Show correct answers” toggled on, but this will show the respondent if the answer they select is correct or incorrect. I’m not sure if Knowledge quiz suits your use case for the quiz, but here is a Help Center article to learn more about how to use Knowledge quiz mode if it helps.
