react-embed once a user has completed a form, there is no way for them to complete it again

So I’m using react-embed to allow users to complete forms, but once they have completed a form, if they come back and try to complete it again, it shows them a page with

 

“

Ah-ha! You’ve unlocked their secret...

”

 

If someone comes on to complete a form a second time, I want them to be able to do that.

 

How do I fix this?

Hi @spos This shouldn’t be happening, as we don’t have a way to prevent duplicate responses yet. Do you mind sharing the URL where you have the form so we can test this? Thanks!
