Hi @andreadel84 Welcome to the community! 

It's important to know that once a typeform is deleted from your account this is a permanent change. This means that unfortunately, even though we'd love to help, it's not possible for us to recover it for you.

I would recommend integrating your forms with Google Sheets so you have a backup of the data there as well. You can see how to set this up from our article here.

@andreadel84 - one suggestion that i would make to add to what @Liz said, and this is based on my own experience: make a duplicate copy of all your forms as soon as you are ready to start working with them (even as you progress through creating them) so that you have a spare/backup copy. 

i do this for all my forms and for all my google sheet data.
