Typeform zooming in when android user starts typing

Hi! My typeform embed works and looks fine until some android users start typing, it zooms in on the input area as soon as they type. How do I fix this?

Hi @teamns Could you send the URL where the form is embedded so we can take a peek at the embed code? Thanks!

Here you go @Liz

Thanks, @teamns ! I’m not seeing the Typeform on that page. Is it still embedded there?

oh it’s in the html embed on the link, but here’s a link to the live site. When you click on the button that’s the typeform: https://www.noroandsun.com/contact-us password is “letmein”

Hi @teamns Thank you!! I think this has something to do with the way the code is set on the site, but @picsoung might have a better idea, and I’ll also ask our tech team.

Hi again, @teamns ! The tech team let me know the following:

We have found the reason for the bug, but the problem is related to a compatibility issue with Google and the way they handle some browser settings. We will continue to work on this but since we depend on Google to help us out this might take quite long to get solved. For the time being, you can use the workaround by adding the following to the head of the website and see if that works.

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0">

Thank you so much!!
