"Upgrade your plan to publish" Error, but I already have that plan?


Hello, I have just created a new account and purchased a subscription, mainly because I want to use the payment feature. But after purchasing, the payment feature still remains unavailable and I cannot publish any form with it. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hello there,
I have the same issue. I was on the business plan and upgraded to growth plan. I still can’t publish my form but duplicating the form and submitting it works for some reason..

Hey @grace,

I have upgraded yesterday and tried to publish and it didn’t work. I have just tried again and it didn’t work as well.

We have other forms that are working fine, even duplicating the form with the issue and publishing it works as well.

I have just checked this post and i believe it’s because we have the GTM integration. Removing it fixed the problem!
