URGENT HELP! My Customer just finished the form and there was no results - how is that possible and is there any way I can find all the Data they entered before?

Are you sure your respondent clicked submit after filling the form? The results are only recorded when they hit submit.
In the meantime, why don't you send us the URL of your form so we can test it here on our end?

What happens if the customer started the form and I made a change while they filled out the form?
