If the default flag for the country code is defined, users should not be requested to insert it on the field, particularly because the example for data imput does not request it. It is a BUG from my point of view unless I am doing something wrong.
I am receiving lots of complains about it.

Sure Liz. Firt image is how it looks like in a desktop (Building mode) version. You can see it has the flag of Brazil and the Brazilian mask as example. But in the chat version, it appears differently., with no flag and the US mask for phone numbers.
And there is another issue. If you are in the chat version and you do not answer, the system doens't let you proceed although its set up is a NON REQUIRED field.
