Hey everyone!
We just wrapped up another TypeFriday’s workshop, and are very pleased to share the recording with you.
We were joined by Typeform and Shopify expert, Igor de Andrade, Co-Founder of Alce Rocks.
The team at Alce Rocks help businesses create bespoke campaigns, custom workflows, websites, and apps. They’ve been an avid Typeform user for over 10 years. We had a really informative discussion about creating successful holiday marketing campaigns, with Igor sharing some great advice for e-commerce and B2C brands.
Watch the recording:
During the session we covered:
- Strategy and timing - When to launch holiday campaigns, using year-round evergreen quizzes to build zero-party data, how to avoid repetitive noise during a busy period.
- Respondent experience - Form design, and tips for reducing drop-off.
- Personalization and incentives - Creating concierge-style experiences with product recommendation quizzes, and consider the timing of rewards to boost completion rates.
- Connecting Typeform - Integration opportunities, and automating workflows for enriching data and tailoring recommendations.
- Measuring results - Data quality can be just as valuable as immediate sales. Success can be both short term, and long term, depending on your goals.
