80% of responses are empty/blank

I have 1 survey live on my site, but so far 80% of responses are blank and empty in my Typeform results, I am on the free trial.

I’m not sure why they are empty, I have only two responses with substance. Is it possible to fix or stop this, so it doesn’t consume my limits? 

I feel that purchasing a plan would not be wise if 80% of my responses would be used up by empty messages.
