A single form with split data

I need to collect questionnaire data which is anonymously separate from the respondents supplied email address.  Ideally they fill out a single survey and the resulting reporting is of only email addresses and the reponses without any ability to connect the data (university research privacy).

Is this possible without creating two linked surveys?

Thanks

Hi @Craig D Thanks for stopping by the community! If you have an email question in a form as well as other questions, it will connect the data all in one response.

I know having two forms isn’t the method you want to use, but this solution here would be an option.

Another idea would be to connect the single form to Google Sheets, and then separate the email data from the rest of the answers. You’d have to do so manually, but then you’d only have to have one form.
