I created a typeform and I have more than 10 responses. I need to see the other answers, if I upgrade the plan can I see the answers that are closed?

Though, if you have previously collected responses on the form, upgrading to a paid account will allow you to see those responses.
I used the basic plan, and I got 10 responses, more people tried to fill out the survey as the survey was closed by typeform. If i upgrade my plan, will I be able to get responses from other people that filled the form? Or have they being restricted from filling the form in the first place?
