Hello,

Making a quiz for my website but I’m a little stuck & could use some help!

How do I add an e-mail opt in page before showing the final answer sheet?
The quiz branches out to many final pages based on the options a user selects.

Hi @Pranav Welcome to the community! The respondent isn’t able to view the endings until they click the submit button, which captures the responses. As long as you have a required email question on your form, you should already have this setup! :grinning:
