How to reach results of survey after ending my program?
I did the download process but the file holds only one line (link) leads to a page says it is private (?)

Are the results showing in the Responses table, or is it only when you download them that you can’t see them?

I have downloaded using that tab, so I have a table with all responses but relating the summary and insights - nothing but that one line, so i can’t see them - any thoughts?

hmmm, that’s very odd. I’m really not sure why that would be the case. If you can’t find an answer in the Help Center I would suggest contacting our Support team using this form: https://www.typeform.com/help/contact/ and they can take a closer look at your account and figure out what could be the problem.
Not sure why, but now it is working !! maybe the support team did something (?)
anyways - now the link works and i saved it as pdf so all is well
