I have no idea how to fix the problem. Help would be greatly appreciated.

View originalIt seems to be doing it for a few people, but not all (on the same form!) its clearly a bug but for a short term fix you can try clearing cookies, changing browser or going incognito.
They do have to fix it though, this is a short term plaster.
