Answers lost after Nov 4th. Where do I get my data?

Hi community,

we set up a multi-question poll, which is finished now. Unfortunately out of 139 answers only 39 are showing in the results and CSV-export. This only applies for our first question. During the poll, these missing answers were showing.

Could there have been a bug in Typeform around early to mid November 2025? I noticed once, that I couldn’t login to my account around that time.

Hey ​@Fabian H. sorry to hear that not all of the answers are showing in the results panel. I’m unsure if there was an issue in November that would have affected the results in this way. Your best bet is to contact Typeform’s support team who can access your account to look into what might have happened to those results.
