I’m trying out typeform for a warranty process. This involves capturing a lot of information on the form, with the responses then starting another internal review process. So when for completed, an email will be sent to the appropriate department with all responses captured. So far so good! However, I’m confused by the following...does this mean that only 50 emails can be sent? We receive 100’s of warranty applications! or does the email template count as one follow up and for every form an email will be sent? Thank you

Hey @Triflex marketing thanks for your question, and welcome to the Community. To clarify: a follow up is considered the trigger and action together. You can create 50 follow ups per form and up to 30 actions within a follow up. There is no specific limit on the number of follow up notifications being sent out.
