AutoReply contents - random numbers and characters under signature

Does anyone know how to get rid of the random numbers and characters that appear at the bottom of an autoreply email? They are not in the template when I set up the content of the email.

Hi @Roque Thanks for stopping by the community! I’m afraid it’s not possible to remove these numbers - these are actually the unique identifier for the respondent, should you not place identifying information into the email. We place it in white writing to hide it as best as we can.

Not a problem - I hope that helps clarify what on earth that random string is. Let us know if you’d like anything else answered!
