Hello, 

I tried to change the recipients of my survey but it does not work. 

Can you please help me ?

Hi @Olivia Thanks! When you make the notifications updates, are you clicking the publish button afterwards? If not, then the changes won’t go live.

Hi @Olivia Thanks for stopping by! Do you mind sharing more detail? Where did you try to change the recipients of the survey? What specifically didn’t work? Any screenshots/videos would be helpful!

Hello Liz,
Thank you for your reply.

I go to the survey then notifications ( and then I change the email address of the recipient). But the change does not actually apply.
