I don't believe we have this effect, however, I'm doing some investigation internally to check if we can offer you any workarounds. I'll keep you posted!

So, we don't offer this functionally (in the same screen). What you could do is to use a Picture Choice question, add the corresponding image to each choice and configure the Logic with Branching and Calculations so that it shows content A for UPSIDE, content B for DOWNSIDE and content C for TIPS. Just a thought!
