Hello 👋 I’m brand new to Typeform and I’m trying to figure things out before upgrading to a paying plan.
My goal is to ask a set of 20 health related questions (Pick answer from 1-5) to every new patient, and then to send them the same form after 6-8weeks of care at the time of their reassessment.
I would be sending the form around 50-60 times/month and I want to create a graph at each reassessment to compare their results and show progress.
How could I easily automate that?
Any idea is welcome!
