I want to copy all the questions and answers from an initial typeform into a second typeform.
So the customer will complete the first typeform on their own, then the second typeform we will add more information (with all their responses from the initial form) while on a call together.

Instead, I would first suggest integrating the forms with Google Sheets so you could have all of the data in one place.
You could then tie the forms together like this.
