Hello, I would like to know if it would be possible to customize my email notifications and add an embedded code with HTML/CSS/Style code, because we tried from our side and only text and hidden fields are viewable.

Thanks.

One option could be to use an integration with a mailing system like MailChimp, and send the notification when you add the user to a MailChimp list. This would give you full control on the email

Hi,
I am sending an email to each respondent (quiz results). As far as i can see there is no possibility to style or design the email, e.g. to add an image or change the background color. Right? Or am I missing something.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,
Cesare

Hi @Cesare I added your post here where we have an existing conversation about this. While we don’t offer styling features, @jeremielp did offer a helpful workaround above!

@Liz: Thanks. Right this could be a workaround. The problem is that I am computing rather complicated data (results) in Typeform and I am having problems transfering that to ActiveCampaign (similar to Mailchimp) using the integration. Simple values like values of questions in Typeform are no problem at all. I am still trying to find out how to do that.

Makes sense, @Cesare . The integration that ActiveCampaign built sadly doesn’t support the score variable, but I would definitely recommend giving them a shout to request this feature!

@Liz I spoke to the ActiveCampaign support about that yesterday. Basically they blame Typeform for the “bad” integration…and said that nothing is going to be changed in the near future.

I can’t judge who is right or wrong but I find this ping pong a bit childish.

It would be in both sides' interest that the ActiveCampaign - Typeform integration works as well as possible…

This is a potential deal breaker for many customers I guess for me too by the way...

Hi @Cesare I totally understand - if we built the integration, we would definitely have more control over that score field! In the meantime, definitely utilize Zapier to send that data over. 😀
