I’ve setup a survey with an “Other” option at the end of a multiple choice question, however respondents’ answers in that field aren’t showing up in my Responses tab or Google Sheets - anyone faced a similar issue?

Though, if you’re testing the form and submitting an answer to the ‘other’ option and not seeing it appear, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly to see what might be causing the issue. You can contact them from your account email here.

My survey has multiple choice - with an "other" option.
The reports show all the multiple choice responses, but the "other" options appear as a dash -
I read in another support chat that the "check mark" must be clicked by the respondent.
My question is: How do I disable the check mark in the "other" field option (so I can read responses)?
