Hey there, when we get more then one entry per day in a specific typeform the notification in gmail creats one big email thread per day or so.
If we answer one of the leads its within the same thread. This causes confusion as often times several conversations start to happen within that one thread. Is there a way to configure the notifications in a way that gmail (or others) will not open one thread for several entries but instead creat a new one every time?

This is actually a feature of Gmail, so you’ll need to adjust your Gmail settings to prevent the emails from showing within the same thread. Their article here can walk you through turning this feature on/off.
