Be assured all your data will be available for you, regardless what you do with your plan. Meaning, your responses will remain there if you downgrade to free, renew your plan or if you upgrade to a higher version. =)

One thing you might want to do, to be sure and safe that you have the data - if you are concerned- is to download a copy of the results as a spreadsheet. You could also connect your survey to a Google sheet from the start so that all the data is captured in the sheet on an ongoing basis.
