My company in the Philippines has been using Typeform to get candidates to apply for jobs. We usually include the link in adds on Facebook, with varying amounts of success. Just wondering if anyone else out there uses the forms for this and if they can shed any light how they would go about getting a better success rate. Thanks to anyone who will reply
Hey
Great to hear you’ve been using Typeform in your recruitment process, hopefully there are a few more creators here that can share their learnings with you 🤞
In the meantime, we have a few case studies on the blog that might be useful if you haven’t already seen them:

I wonder also if
Hey
As
A couple of top points that helped with our engagement were:
- Personalisation - using the Recall feature to pull in the applicants first names throughout the application form
- Utilising a Welcome Screen card with Time to Complete enabled - so applicants know what to expect and how long (on avg) they’ll need to complete the form
- Keep it short - at this stage only ask the questions you really need to know then route the applicant on to speaking to a recruiter using the Calendly integration. You could also use the ending card call to action button to push them on to the next steps too
I will just quickly add in here that I’m finding that as a lot more recruiters are utilising automation and ATS platforms, candidates are crying out for personal interaction more than ever. VideoAsk really does bridge that gap of being personable and enabling asynchronous communication throughout the whole recruitment process. From application right through to onboarding and collecting experience pulses.
I hope this helps!
Happy Monday,
