Is there a limit to how long my respondents uploads will be stored on Typeform?

Hi @mikemorrell543 that’s a great question. :grinning: Your responses are stored in Typeform as long as you keep them there, meaning if you delete them, the data will be gone. But unless this happens, you’ll be able to find them in the responses panel of your particular form for as long as you have your account. Hope this helps!

Does this mean that should an existing respondent return to complete another form in the future, the new form would recognise and could (via hidden fields) use stored data, name and email for example?

Hi @Mappyd Your respondents can start to fill in a typeform, close it, and then return later and their answers will still be there. The only rule is they have to be on the same browser and device (and not in Incognito or Private browsing mode). Their answers will be kept safely in their browser's local storage, for 15 days.

Though, this doesn’t transfer between forms. So, if your respondent submits one typeform and is sent another, the form won’t automatically recognize who they are. You’ll need to either ask a question on the form to find out or pass in the data through hidden fields

Hope this helps clarify!
