Please HELP
We run an awards & recognition platform and we want ensure we stop getting same nominee submitted multiple times, once a person is nominated once [unique identifier is nominee’s email] Nominator gets a prompt their nominees is already in the system. Options - nominate someone new or form ends.

I’m afraid we don’t have this feature available on our forms. 😪 While you could achieve this with logic jumps, you would need to update the jump each time a person is nominated manually.
