Error 404 when download on safari iphone

Hello, 

At the end of my questionnaire, people can download a document. Everything works, except on iphones that use Safari. It returns to a 404 error page. However, on safari macbook, it works.
Is there a problem?

Hi @7-Shapes If the document is in an external source, such as being hyperlinked, you’ll want to check with that external source to see why the download fails on mobile. Since it isn’t possible to upload documents directly into the form, I’m afraid we don’t have any control over why the 404 error is appearing. 😪
