How do you export your results and granular data into excel or other even Word if you did not integrate in the beginning?

welcome to the Community!
if you have published your typeform and have results already collected, you have the opportunity to download as a csv file from the Results tab..
if you want to Connect to something like Excel or Google Sheets, after you have collected data, when you set up the integration, you will be asked if you want to export the existing data to the spreadsheet.
