Dear Typeform support team,
In the follow-up section, we create a trigger set to send email to another person who does not have a Typeform account. Unfortunately, third party people, whose email is filled out in “Notify myself / team via email”, cannot view the responses unless they have access to our account. Screenshot 1 displays our follow-up section with trigger set and screenshot 2 provides information about the error as the thrid party tries to access.
Is this Typeform´s technical problem or do we need to create any integrations to be able to use this feature again?
