Get new Request to mail

Hey,

i created a typeform and the last task is to enter your mail adress so I can contact that person.

Unfortunately their answer/mail isn’t redirected to my gmail account. I already turned zappier on and it still hasn’t worked.

What do I do wrong. Btw I’m on a free plan
