Glitches on tracking drop-off rate and views

I have created a Chatbot format survey.

I see that there are 217 participants started the survey and I have 53 responses, so I assume there are 164 participants dropped off from the survey. 

 

However, from the table below, the total number of users who drop out by questions is below 10. I wonder if there are glitches in capturing the drop-off by questions in ‘Chatbot’ format. 

 

Besides, the number of ‘Views’ for each question is also so much lower than the number of participants started the survey.

 

Please advice whether the numbers are reliable.

The reason you're not seeing the drop-off number is that this is not supported in typeforms embedded with our Chat feature.

The reason you're not seeing the drop-off number is that this is not supported in typeforms embedded with our Chat feature.
