Hi Everyone!

 

I have a bit of an issue. I have created a form that has 4 outcomes. I use GoHighLevel as my CRM and have connected the two apps and so far everything is working fine. However, I would like to send different emails based on the respondents outcome that are sent from GoHighLevel. My issue is that I don’t know how to get GoHighLevel to recognize which outcome was returned so it can then send out the appropriate email.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. If I have not provided enough information, please let me know.

Hi @Legacy Creative Thanks for stopping by the community! I’m not familiar with GoHighLevel - do you mind sharing a few screenshots of how you’re passing the data from typeform into your CRM? This will help me figure out a possible solution for you!
