Google Sheets Integration: Info not populating

I’m having issues with information not populating in my Google Sheet. I have some questions set up as Multiple Choice where they have to select “Yes” or “No”. Those yes and no answers aren’t populating on my linked Google Sheet- they come through as blank.

I did previously have these questions set up as the “Yes/No” question type, but it populated “TRUE” and “FALSE” onto my google sheet as opposed to “Yes” and “No”, which is what I need.

    Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the integration to see if this solves the issue?

    Hi @Liz- I did just try disconnecting and reconnecting the google sheet integration and it’s still not working. I even tried changing it back to the Yes/No question type, and answers are still not populating, when they were in the past. Any other suggestions?

    Hi @laurakotsiovos Do you mind trying to connect with a totally new sheet? 
     

    Additionally, are the question types actually a yes/no question (versus the multiple choice)? If so, they will then pass as true/false.

    Hi 😊  Ensure you are logging the correct Google account: Double-check that are logged into the same Google account that has access to the Google sheet you to integrate with Typeform.
