gSheet is not receiving our forms after downgrading plan?


Our integrated gSheet is not receiving our forms after downgrading plan? Please help? How do I refresh API key? Cheers.

Hi @Bauhaus_nz That’s interesting - can’t say I’ve heard this issue yet. Do you know if any of the questions in the form happened to be changed because of the downgrade? 

If you haven’t already tried to delete and re-add the integration, that might solve the issue!

Yes it was because we downgraded, but the delete and re-add integration has seemed to have worked.
