I am unable to reach the help center? anyone know how to connect for assistance?

 

I want to know if I can get email notifications if I have a free account? I was not able to set up? is that because I need a paying account to get notifications?

Hi @she22696 thanks for stopping by! You can certainly ask any questions you’d like here, or you can get ahold of our support team here and scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll find a button to contact support. 

If you’re on the Free plan, you can setup self-notifications by following the steps here, but you’ll need a paid plan for the respondent notifications. I hope this helps!
