How can I get an image in the survey page from the response results?

I have created a survey that is a test. The test includes questions and images together.

 

If necessary, I want to show the respondents their test scores while also sending them the entire set of questions. However, the response results only show the questions and answer choices. Is there no way to also display the images?

Hi @EccentricPark Thanks for stopping by the community! I’m afraid it’s not possible to add the images into the results page, but you could use a workaround like below to create a custom results page to send to your respondents:
