how do I get notified when a new response for my type from comes in?

@Shaune - if you click on the gear icon, select followups, click on the plus sign to add a followup, click on the add trigger, you can then select ‘whenever someone submits a form’, and then click the add action button to select to notify yourself or the respondent … follow the prompts.
